Cancellations
28 days notice is required when the full amount (less deposit - which includes administration fee*) will be returned.
Less than 28 days notice - if your place cannot be filled, the full fee will be payable.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel anything, we will give you as much
notice as possible and will issue a full refund.
(*Deposit/administration fee varies depending upon which service has been paid
for).
